Catherine Christmus, OTR/L, LMT
15 years experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist with a focus in geriatric and psychiatric practice. She is also a licensed massage therapist with a practice geared towards the chronically ill. Cathi received her BSOT in 1989 from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and is a 2004 graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Columbia, SC.   Certifications are held from the Daybreak Geriatric Massage Institute and the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy, Inc. in Florida.

Victoria Gonzales, LMT
Victoria graduated as valedictorian of the May 2006 class at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Columbia, SC.  She is also nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork, and licensed in the state of South Carolina.  Victoria looks to balance her Neuromuscular and Swedish massage making it relaxing and effective. She strives to offer a session focused on obtaining a feeling of centeredness and rejuvenation in peoples’ often hectic and fast paced lives.

David S. Williams, LMT
David Williams has been studying and practicing massage since 2002. He graduated from the South Carolina Massage Institute. He is licensed in South Carolina and nationally certified. He mainly does an integrated Swedish massage with specific deep tissue, when needed. He believes in a firm but gentle massage, hard enough to cause change but not pain, (manipulated not agitate) a massage should soothe, relax, nurture and heal. He works with young and old, athletes and non-athletes, people in pain and people who just want to relax and unwind. He uses massage, nutrition and exercise to help people be happy and healthy.

Debra Gallup, LMT
1998 graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Columbia, SC. Debra spent  four years as an instructor of Massage Theory and Practice, Functional Anatomy, Business, and Ethics at the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Columbia. Debra also holds the office of Secretary for the SC Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. Debra is a member of the West Metro Chamber of Commerce and is instrumental in fund raising activities for the Dickerson Center home for abused children.

Jan Shaw, M.S., LMT
Over 18 years in both preventive and rehabilitative healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from Columbia College in 1986 and her Master of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, in 1992. She has held certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine including Certified Advanced Personal Trainer, Certification for Exercise in Older Adults, and Certified Health/Fitness Instructor. Her Master thesis studied the effects of exercise on post-menopausal women. She has worked in phase 3 and 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise, Exercise for Stem Cell and Bone Marrow Transplant Cancer patients, Work Injury Management, and now specializes in functional exercise training and Massage Therapy related to daily life activities and work-specific task training. She also earned her massage therapy degree from the South Carolina Massage Therapy Institute, Columbia, in 1999.
