Individual Training sessions are available for short-term needs. Clients often buy a few sessions for instructions in stretching, postural work to eliminate neck or back pain, core strength instruction, or problem identification based on symptoms with an assessment of movement patterns and postures.

1-Hour Start-up Package (8 total sessions, 2/week) $240 1/2-Hour Start-up Package $160

Personal training packages are designed to strengthen your weaknesses. They provide you with either 8 or 12 one hour or half hour sessions per month, to fit your budget and time availabilities. All sessions are one-on-one with a trainer, and all include baseline testing to make sure you are safe, and the exercises fit your needs and abilities. Your safety, confidence, and comfort are of foremost importance to us.
Your first package automatically includes: treadmill walking test, body composition, strength testing and metabolism testing.
All sessions include aerobic and strength exercises with flexibility targeted to your individual test results and goals.
With any of the monthly training packages, you may trade one training session for a half hour massage session at any time during the month.
All packages are one month long, paid up-front, with no contracts. They are designed to get you scheduled and obligated to your goals. If you want to continue your training, just pay for the next month and enjoy your new health!
