The Balance Institute is a wonderful 1500 square foot Total Health Center focusing on balancing the musculoskeletal system through Personal Training and Therapeutic Massage. The Balance Institute is the only Total Health Center of its kind in the Midlands.

We boast a 1000 sqft carpeted personal training gym with men’s and women’s changing rooms and a 10x11 postural and body composition assessment room.

Our three spacious 10x11 massage rooms provide upper and lower cabinetry, sound source, warm wall colors, and effortless Oakworks hydraulic massage tables.

Rooms are equipped with insulated walls and solid doors for quietness.

The Balance Institute rents rooms to qualified, licensed, Massage Therapists and Massage Therapy students needing to fulfill their student massage quotas in a professional setting.

Licensed therapists pay a monthly base rent plus an hourly rent for every hour they utilize a massage room, up to a rental cap. This allows therapists to build their practice from small to as large as they desire with minimal physical space cost.

All Licensed therapists must carry professional liability insurance and have current CPR certification.

Massage Students pay an hourly rent of $10 for every hour they utilize a massage room.
